What's walkable: Great Lawn Park, the neighborhood's small town center, and the trails and parks that run through it.

No rail. RTD buses serve the main streets around the neighborhood.

What it's like

Built on the former Lowry Air Force Base, so most homes are from the late 1990s on: single-family homes, townhomes and condos with a lot of green space. The old hangars include the Wings Over the Rockies air and space museum.

What homes cost

Median sale price over the three months ending September 2026, as shown on Redfin in November 2026. Medians move every month and swing a lot where there are few sales.

Good fit if

People who want a newer home inside Denver, a lot of parks, and a very short drive to Anschutz.

Maybe not if

People who want an older historic house or a busy main street.
