What it's like

A historic main street with an old-town feel, at the south end of the metro. It is quieter than the city, with easy access to the South Platte River trail and the foothills to the west.

What homes cost

Median sale price over the three months ending September 2026, as shown on Redfin in November 2026. Medians move every month and swing a lot where there are few sales.

Good fit if

People who want a walkable historic main street, a train to downtown, and an easier commute to the Tech Center or the south metro.

Maybe not if

People working in Golden or Boulder every day.
