Transit
No rail. RTD buses run on 1st Avenue, University Boulevard and Colorado Boulevard. The Cherry Creek Trail is a popular bike route to downtown.
What it's like
Denver's high-end shopping and dining district, with a large regional mall on one side and blocks of independent shops on the other. Housing is a mix of newer luxury townhomes, condos and rebuilt single-family homes.
