What's walkable: Neighborhood streets for walks, and the Clear Creek trail along the north side. Shops and restaurants are mostly a short drive.

Transit
No rail in Applewood itself. The W Line station in Golden and the G Line station at Ward Road are both a short drive.
What it's like
Unincorporated Jefferson County between Golden, Lakewood and Wheat Ridge. Mostly single-family homes, many on larger lots, with views toward the foothills. It feels settled and quiet.
