What's walkable: Central Park (the park), Bluff Lake Nature Center, Sand Creek trails, and the neighborhood greenways.

Transit

The A Line's Central Park station connects to Union Station and Denver International Airport.

What it's like

A large planned neighborhood built on the former Stapleton airport site. Homes are mostly from the 2000s on, a mix of single-family homes, townhomes and some condos, with a lot of parks and trails.

What homes cost

Median sale price over the three months ending September 2026, as shown on Redfin in November 2026. Medians move every month and swing a lot where there are few sales.

Good fit if

People who want a newer home inside Denver, parks everywhere, and an easy trip to the airport and Anschutz.

Maybe not if

People who want an older historic home or a short drive to Golden or Boulder.
